Helping founders and individuals find clarity

The MindSet Journey, Breathwork, Somatic Practices

As a startup founder myself, I help other founders navigate the challenges of starting a company, fundraising, hiring, and burnout.

Thomas works with individuals who suffer from anxiety or depression, who want to gain a deeper understanding of themselves and where their problems come from, or have past traumas they want to find freedom from. I use a parts-based approach with a combination of breathwork, somatic practices, and conversation.

Supporting teenagers with compassion and lived experience

Breathwork, Supports Teenagers, The MindSet Journey

As a MindSet Practitioner, I bring both personal experience and deep compassion to my work with teenagers and young adults. Having struggled with anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and mental hurdles from a young age, I understand what it feels like to feel lost and disconnected from yourself.

Erica brings a grounding, calm, and bright energy to the people she supports, creating a safe and uplifting space where teens can feel seen, understood, and empowered as they grow into greater confidence, self-awareness, and emotional balance.

How We Began

In 2017, Priya and Guy Glikman brought Priya's work to San Francisco. In 2023, they partnered with Nicole Cronin at The Pad Studios, and The Mind Heart Center opened next door.

In 2017, Guy and Priya Glikman decided to begin a new chapter, combining Priya's powerful work and Guy's business experience. They moved to San Francisco and found a home at the Mindful Body: a welcoming community founded years before by yoga teacher Roy Bergman. Two years later in 2020 the Mindful Body needed to shut its doors during the pandemic.

In 2023 they were fortunate enough to partner with yoga teacher Nicole Cronin, and became owners of the Pad Studios on Union Street. And soon after opened the Mind Heart Center next door, where they share their journey with the San Francisco community.

Today, the two spaces are one home for movement, healing, and community. Your heart matters. Your body remembers. Here, you don't have to carry it alone.

Our philosophy

The Mind Heart Center was created from a simple belief: healing does not happen in separate pieces. What happens in the body can affect the mind. What we carry emotionally can shape how we feel physically. Relationships, stress, loss, change, movement, breath, touch and connection can all become part of the same story. That is why we created a place where different paths to wellbeing can exist together.

Our Values

Whole-Person Care

Mind, body, heart, relationships, and life experience are connected.

The Right Path Is Personal

Healing is not one-size-fits-all.

Human Connection Matters

People need to feel seen, heard, and supported.

Growth Through Practice

Change happens through awareness, experience, and consistent support.

Community Photo

Community

The Mind Heart Center is more than just services; it is a place for the broader San Francisco community. It supports us in our journey and brings us together as a community.

We're excited to provide group experiences that nurture both body and mind. Participate in guided group meditations to reduce stress, improve focus, and cultivate inner peace. The center hosts events, celebrations, movie nights, and free meditation.

Whether you're a beginner or seasoned practitioner, community offerings provide an accessible and supportive environment for your wellness journey.
